Qualifications:

The ideal candidate is a natural detective and interested in growing with a small boutique staffing firm. You must be both relationship and task oriented, able to collaborate with team members and juggle competing priorities. The environment is fast paced and ever-changing, doing whatever it takes to provide amazing service.

Responsibilities:

• Target organizations and individuals for each search using our database and other external research tools and resources.
• Develop research strategies for current and future searches and to develop candidate pools.
• Develop pipelines of candidates and lists of target organizations and individuals.
• Execute advanced research across an array of public and private sources, including our database, LinkedIn Recruiter, Zoom Info, Indeed, social media sites, publications, and other informational sources.

Required Competencies:

• Strong internet research abilities
• Strong technology skills
• Competency in Microsoft products
• Ability to manage a high volume of projects and to prioritize work
• Superb attention to detail and follow-through with a strong client service orientation
• Proven ability to self-direct, be proactive, and take initiative while juggling competing priorities
• Ability to multitask while maintaining integrity of work and high degree of attention to detail
• Flexibility and a sense of humor

Qualifications:

• Recruitment experience preferred
• Background in behavioral or traditional healthcare required
