Summary

The Talent Acquisition Specialist has the responsibility of leading all the recruitmen process in LinkActiv, doing job fairs, sourcing and attracting new talents to the company. Provide advice, help, monitoring and document according to the policies to all areas of the organization.

Responsabilities

• Work with the entire recruitment and selection cycle.

• Develop and maintain relationships with employment agencies, universities and other sources of recruitment.

• Design and conduct new employee orientations.

• Recommend, develop and create training itineraries.

• Responsible for payroll distribution.

• Provide advice, assistance and monitoring of business policies, procedures and documentation.

• Prepare and maintain job descriptions.

• Recommend, develop and maintain the recruitment database.

• Develop and recommend improvement policies and procedures for the Company.

• Perform terminations of employment.

• Provide support to the different recognition activities.

• Provide communications to the company related to Human Resources.

• Comply with all the policies, administrative and human resources procedures established by the Company.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or Labor Relations from an accredited university or instead Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and a professional certification in Human Resources.

• Minimum of two (3) years of experience in recruitment, selection, human resources administration in similar functions. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND SKILLS

• Excellent interpersonal skills.

• Excellent at handling tasks simultaneously.

• Knowledge in handling confidential information.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and its applications (Word / Outlook / Power Point / Excel / Access).

• Ability to write documents in Spanish and English.

• Ability to handle general office equipment (computers, printers, facsimiles and calculators, among others).

• Ability to establish priorities and good time management.
