The key responsibilities and duties:

• Providing support to our hiring managers on end to end recruitment processes;
• Sourcing candidates using a variety of channels including LinkedIn, job ads, headhunting, employee & external referrals;
• Managing the candidate experience including expectations throughout the recruitment process;
• Negotiating offers of employment and ensuring a successful on-boarding experience for all successful candidates;
• Performing recruitment administrative tasks using our Oracle based ATS

To qualify and succeed in this role, you must:

• Experience within a Talent Acquisition role, either from agency or internal recruitment
• Excellent at partnering effectively with hiring managers, other recruiters, and candidates
• Recruitment experience Ideally within Technology space.
• A positive attitude and ability to manage competing priorities
• Demonstrated ability to remain calm under pressure
