**Position Summary:**

As the Principal of the North America Offline Training Center, you will lead and manage the overall operations of the center, ensuring high-quality educational services to meet the expectations of our students and parents. You will be responsible for team management, monitoring teaching quality, resource planning, and establishing partnerships within the local community.

**Responsibilities:**

– Lead and manage the operations of the North America Offline Training Center, ensuring the highest level of student and parent satisfaction.

– Recruit, train, and manage the teaching team to ensure they possess excellent educational capabilities.

– Monitors and tracks Center performance, Profit and Loss controls, revenues, expenses, and fee collection; Recommends and implements interventions to improve performance

– Develop and implement educational curricula, teaching methodologies, and assessment standards to ensure high-quality education for students.

– Ensure effective management and maintenance of resources and facilities at the training center.

– Build partnerships with local educational institutions and the community to promote student enrollment and community engagement.

– Monitor and on the performance of the training center, develop improvement plans, and ensure implementation.

– Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies, including safety, education standards, and personnel policies.

**Requirements:**

– Bachelor’s degree or higher in education management or a related field.

– A minimum of 3-5 years of school management experience, including leadership roles in educational institutions.

– Deep understanding and insights into the education industry and educational trends.

– Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire team members.

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders.

– Passion for education and a commitment to providing excellent educational services.

– Familiarity with the North American education system and culture is a plus.
