Lingo Staffing Hiring for Recruiting Director at North Chesterfield, VA Full Time

We are seeking an experienced Recruiting Director for our Light Industrial Staffing Firm.

This position s to our VP of Operations and directs our recruitment team’s activities to ensure orders are filled promptly while coordinating with the sales team to ensure client success.

Job Duties

• Responsibility for always maintaining Lingo company culture and core values.
• Overseeing all recruiting functions and day-to-day tactical recruiting operations of the firm.
• Developing and integrating Operations and Recruiting strategy, including planning, execution, and support.
• Direct and monitor recruiting processes to ensure Lingo processes are followed and all orders are filled promptly.
• Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and recruitment metrics.
• Accountable for each Branch’s recruiting performance. Conducting weekly accountability meetings with each location to ensure success.
• Working with the Executive Team to allocate Job Board assets and set advertising budgets.
• Train, mentor, and coach internal staff on various staffing, customer service, recruiting, and best practices to assist with professional development and reaching individual and organizational goals.
• Optimize staff members’ use of recruiting resources, including job board postings and searches, website, job fairs, referrals, and other types of recruiting advertising and strategies.
• Help drive the branch’s continued and strategic growth in each market.

Requirements

• 5+ years of staffing experience.
• 3+ years of experience managing a recruitment team.
• Demonstrated business acumen, including proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong work ethic, self-driven and results-oriented.
• Strong knowledge of Applicant Tracking System (ATS) software – Avionte strongly preferred.
• Experience with setting and managing KPIs and recruitment metrics.
• Efficient organizational, time management, and process management skills.
• Proficiency in utilizing MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
