Our Fleet & Procurement business is seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Advisor to join their team based at our General Head Office in Essendon Fields.

Reporting to the General Manager – National Fleet Operations, you will play an instrumental role in supporting the Fleet and Procurement team where you will be responsible for the effective delivery of high quality, end to end recruitment services and solutions across a range of roles to assist in building organisational capability and culture. Key areas:

• Accountable for delivering high quality hires, ensuring the delivery of output metrics including but not limited to: time to hire, diversity, new hire attrition rates, customer satisfaction
• Owning the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned recruitment requisitions – candidate sourcing, & screening, interviewing, capabilities profiling, background checking & offer management
• Key focus on creating initiatives to increase sourcing opportunities for Heavy Vehicle Mechanics that will increase placement rates
• Support the VISA process for sourcing skill shortage roles, primarily Heavy Vehicle Mechanics and work with service providers to ensure labour market testing is efficiently managed

You can communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders and have a high attention to detail. You are driven by quality and enjoy working in a large organisation, managing the end-to-end recruitment process. You can demonstrate:

• Proven recruitment experience gained in an Agency or In-house TA role
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and negotiate
• Attention to detail
• You can prioritise and problem solve in a fast-paced environment, plus manage the expectations of Hiring Managers
• Recruitment of professionally qualified roles is highly regarded
