In a
hybrid working environment
, you will support and advise hiring managers across Australia.
Key areas:
- Consult with hiring managers to identify talent needs and to implement effective sourcing strategies
- Utilise proactive search (SEEK Talent Search, LI Recruiter, PageUp talent pools)
- Provide specialist knowledge relating to the candidate market in the areas of Operations including Heavy Vehicle Drivers, Forklift Drivers and Storepeople
- Support hiring managers by screening, interviewing and assessing candidates
- Background checking of candidates and contract management
- Management of recruitment projects as required
Are you the one?
You are driven by quality and enjoy working in a large team, managing the end-to-end recruitment process. You can demonstrate:
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and negotiate
- You can prioritise and problem solve in a fast-paced environment
- Manage the expectations of hiring managers
- Attention to detail
- Proven recruitment experience gained in an Agency or In-house TA role
- Exposure to the logistics sector is advantageous
