Key areas:

• Consult with hiring managers to identify talent needs and to implement effective sourcing strategies
• Utilise proactive search (SEEK Talent Search, LI Recruiter, PageUp talent pools)
• Provide specialist knowledge relating to the candidate market in the areas of Operations including Heavy Vehicle Drivers, Forklift Drivers and Storepeople
• Support hiring managers by screening, interviewing and assessing candidates
• Background checking of candidates and contract management
• Management of recruitment projects as required

You are driven by quality and enjoy working in a large team, managing the end-to-end recruitment process. You can demonstrate:

• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and negotiate
• You can prioritise and problem solve in a fast-paced environment
• Manage the expectations of hiring managers
• Attention to detail
• Proven recruitment experience gained in an Agency or In-house TA role
• Exposure to the logistics sector is advantageous
