Lineslip Solutions Inc Hiring for Onboarding Specialist at New York State Full Time

LineSlip Solutions is currently recruiting for an Onboarding Specialist to join our fast-growing team. This is the perfect role for individuals who have a strong background in both SaaS onboarding and commercial insurance.

This is a fully (and permanently) remote position. Candidates can be located anywhere in the United States.

As a member of the LineSlip Onboarding team, the Onboarding Specialist is tasked with:

• Project manage the onboarding process for new and existing clients.
• Meet regularly with clients during the implementation stage to review s, set expectations, train users, and ensure the instance meets client specification and requirements.
• Perform comprehensive reviews and audits of client instances and provide feedback to the Operations team for corrections and revisions as needed.
• Act as a subject matter expert on the LineSlip platform and workflows.
• Act as an insurance domain expert for commercial lines of coverage with a deep foundation of insurance terminology, coverages, terms/conditions, etc.
• Provide input in the development and implementation of workflows, policies, and procedures.
• Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system enhancements, new product launches, tools, etc. to provide timely and quality feedback to product/project and development teams.
• Provide other project-related support as directed.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of SaaS onboarding experience in a B2B environment.
• 2 years of commercial insurance experience in an Operations, Quality Control, Underwriter, or similar role preferred.
• Ability to work self-sufficiently, as well as collaboratively, in a remote work environment.
• Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly demanding, constantly changing environment.
• Ability to independently navigate systems and tools. Successfully meet or exceed targets, working within tight deadlines.
