In this role you will:

• Facilitate a seamless hiring experience for candidates and hiring teams through excellent process and systems knowledge

• Expertly negotiate offer agreements with candidates

• Build strong partnerships with business leaders to understand hiring needs and provide coaching on market and process best practices.

• Set the pace for quality candidate selection-from sourcing and screening, to short lists and interviews.

• Cultivate a diverse range of candidates with creative use of recruitment channels and tools.
