Line Controller – Twilight Shift (Mon-Fri, 18:00-02:00) Pilgrims Europe – Anwick, Main Street, NG34 9SL

Salary from: £31 054 per year, £597 per week
We’re looking for a motivated Line Controller to support our Operations Team Leader in delivering high-quality products safely, efficiently, and to customer specifications.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and support your production team to meet line targets.
- Maintain high standards of quality, hygiene, and safety.
- Ensure accurate completion of production paperwork.
- Communicate effectively with your team and management.
- Help train, motivate, and develop your colleagues.
What We’re Looking For
- A team player with good communication and organisation skills.
- Experience in a production or food manufacturing environment (preferred).
- Someone proactive, reliable, and safety-focused.
