We are seeking a highly motivated, dynamic and passionate HR Business Partner to support the Operations and R&D/QA/Consumer Services teams. The ideal candidate aligns internal client support activities with the overall HR strategy and business plan. In support of an employee-oriented culture and the company’s values, this person significantly impacts the selection and retention of talent and the development of a high performing workforce. Specific activities include, but are not limited to: Full-Cycle Recruitment, Workforce Development, Talent Management, Change Management, and Employee Relations.
