Position Purpose

We are seeking a highly motivated, dynamic and passionate Recruitment Manager to support the organization’s corporate recruitment initiatives. This individual in this position is responsible for delivering recruiting success, as well as owning and executing on Lindt (USA)’s Employer Branding and Talent strategies. This will be achieved through the development of local and national recruiting plans, employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, innovative recruiting approaches. This individual elevates how we pipeline, source, attract, engage and acquire best in class CPG professionals in the industry. The ideal candidate demonstrates a consultancy-based approach to service and provides best practices and HR solutions that support company objectives. Essential Job Functions/Key Accountabilities

Full-Cycle Recruitment

• Execute recruiting and interviewing plans for open positions, whenever possible develop proactive candidate pipelines. Efficiently fill positions with high quality talent and identify “stretch” talent for key positions.
• Partner with external agency partners as needed, maintain preferred vendor relationships with premium agencies that understand Lindt business needs, culture and Core Values.
• Develop a robust network and talent communities through a combination of traditional and innovative approaches. Utilize industry networking, membership affiliations, social media and online resources to source candidates as well remain informed about recruitment innovations and trends.
• Oversee offer letters and new hire packages in close partnership with the Compensation Analyst to ensure market competitive offers and internal equity; and with HRBPs to ensure premium onboarding is set up for new hires.
• Own and become a ‘power user’ for the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Maintain the integrity of the data in the ATS to ensure accurate reporting and tracking.
• Provide and analyze recruitment metrics and create executive dashboards via digital partner data and ATS reports to drive and inform decision making and be a leader of industry trends.

• Oversee Lindt internship program to ensure students are given meaningful assignments and project work.
• Responsible for building summer program experience inclusive of engagement events, learning opportunities, and providing opportunities to make connections establish rapport with fellow Lindterns and key stakeholders in the organization.
• Coordinate college recruitment initiatives, building and maintaining list of preferred schools for sourcing talent.
• Develop strong undergrad and graduate networking presence on college and university campuses and position Lindt as an employer of choice.
• Develop & facilitate strong and lasting relationships with career service employees and identify opportunities to connect with students. Attend career fairs, campus presentations, and interviews with a clear plan to cultivate relationships and referral networks.

• Collaborate with HR leadership team to execute key initiatives, objectives and projects in support of the three-year recruitment strategy.
• Manage Radancy, Lindt’s digital partner relationship to optimize key traffic drivers and recruiting platforms to ensure our career site is successfully attracting top talent.
• Manage and optimize Lindt’s Employer Value Proposition (EVP) in the marketplace; Guided by the pillars of our EVP, provide genuine insight into #Life@Lindt, develop collateral, maintain cultural handbook, social media sources and career site content, to reflect an aligned branding message that builds on the company’s values and positions Lindt as a sought after career destination.
• Maintain a recognizable “employer of choice” reputation for the Company, leveraging our local and national Great Place to Work certifications both internally and externally through communications, our career site, talent community outreach, and social media.
• Oversee and manage the annual career site refresh project, including content updates, photo shoots, etc.

Position Qualifications

Skills & Knowledge

• Proven ability to source and recruit top talent across all levels of a corporate environment.
• Strong organizational, project management and multi-tasking skills.
• Must be self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Demonstrated commitment to teamwork and internal client service; Excellent executive presence and ability to create strong partnerships with executive leaders required.
• Strong working knowledge of ATS, MS Office Suite, LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and other recruitment platforms.
• Working knowledge of HR legal and regulatory guidelines, practices and procedures.

Experience

• 5-8 years full-lifecycle recruitment / talent acquisition experience in a corporate environment required; Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) environment a plus.
• Experience managing National Employer Branding initiatives a plus.
• Experience with internship recruitment and/or building student-based career development programs required.
• Knowledge of CPG industry hiring trends
• Understanding of innovative sourcing practices

Education

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or master’s degree in related field preferred.

Other Requirements

• Travel 10% to recruiting and networking events.
