Currently hiring for our 6-8th grade team.

Intervention Specialist Responsibilities include:

• Plan room arrangement and learning centers
• Plan and organize the structure of each class/activity being taught
• Assess individual students and class needs as a whole
• Write designated sections of the ETR and IEP for assigned students
• Implement services consistent with the individualized education plan and/or annual goals identified for a student(s), including behavior plans
• Document and collect data, as needed, for all goals, objectives and behavioral plans.
• Evaluate and student progress.
• Develop and implement a communication system with families, which effectively keep parents aware of classroom activities and student progress.
• Meet with parents, as needed and initiate conferences with parents concerning student progress.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $39,000.00 – $52,000.00 per year
