Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview and retain a qualified pool of candidates for placement
• Act as a liaison with candidates evaluating skills required for various job assignments and filling open requisitions in an effective and timely manner
• Continuous tracking of recruiting metrics
• Sourcing candidates (both active and passive) as well as conducting phone/in person interviews
• Ability to develop strong interpersonal relationships and appropriate rapport with all levels including associates, internal colleagues and leadership.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required
• 2 + years recruiting experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Taleo or Cornerstone ATS experience
• Generalist HR experience
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment
