Lincoln Tech in Indianapolis, IN is seeking an Afternoon/Evening Education Supervisor to oversee the Skilled Trade program and to help achieve Lincoln Tech’s mission: To provide superior education and training to our students for in-demand careers in a supportive, accessible learning environment, transforming students’ lives and adding value to their communities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff, monitor work processes, and conduct classroom observations
• Recruit, select, orient, and train faculty
• Develop staff professional and personal growth opportunities
• Manage faculty schedules and monitor absenteeism
• Provide excellent student service to achieve student satisfaction and retention
• Be responsible for the management of the college fleet and upkeep of all machinery
• Maintain inventory of all equipment, book supplies, training aids, and course materials within the respective program

Requirements:

• Associate degree or equivalent education management experience
• Excellent Interpersonal & Communication Skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred

• 2+ years of teaching experience in skilled trades industry
• 1+ year(s) of management experience in skilled trades industry
