Lincoln Tech, in Union, NJ,is seeking an individual with Skilled Trades supervisory experience to oversee the afternoon and evening Skilled Tradeprograms as an Education Supervisor. Responsibilities

• Oversee evening Skilled Trades and Transportation program
• Supervise staff, monitor work processes, and conduct classroom observations
• Recruit, select, orient, and train faculty.
• Manage faculty schedules and monitor absenteeism.
• Maintain the school’s education standards while monitoring student progress and attendance records.
• Provide excellent student service to achieve student satisfaction and retention.
• Communicate effectively with all staff members and students.
• Implementation and enforcement of all safety and security policies and procedures.
• Plan and conduct quarterly Safety and Security meetings.
• Routinely inspect all aspects of the facility to ensure compliance with local and state building codes.

Schedule

Monday – Thursday 11:30 am – 10:30 pm

Requirements:

• Associates degree or equivalent education management experience
• Prior supervisory background in Skilled Trades (Automotive Technology, HVAC, or Electrical) preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
