Lincoln Tech’s campus in Paramus, NJ is in the business of transforming students’ lives. We are seeking a Campus President who will be a valuable asset to the organization’s management team and be responsible for providing leadership and direction to the assigned campus.
You should have a keen understanding of the business and a successful track record of leading large teams in a growth-focused environment. You would be responsible for ensuring compliance with all governmental and accreditation policies and procedures while fulfilling our mission statement for the student body and faculty. You would oversee academic and other activities while providing visionary leadership.

Responsibilities:
  • Have full responsibility and accountability for the educational performance of the campus within the framework of operations and policy guidelines
  • Establish an annual budget for the campus
  • Recruit and manage all directly supervised personnel
  • Have full accountability for establishing and ensuring that the faculty and other educational staff follow their job descriptions to the highest performance standards
  • Ensure a practical orientation for all new hires at the campus
    Represent the campus in the community
  • In conjunction with the faculty and other staff, establish active and functioning Advisory Boards and a Student Council
    Ensure that OSHA/WISHA requirements for safety are in place and followed
  • Provide direction via Executive Team Meetings and serves as the liaison for Executive Team members
  • Maintain compliance with educational criteria, accreditation, and curriculum standards
  • Plan and coordinate accreditation changes, updates, and renewals
  • Attend accreditation workshops and seminars to keep the campus updated on new accreditation standards and procedures
  • Oversee curriculum implementation for new curriculum development and maintains existing curriculum
  • Organize and supervises all critical school functions

Requirements:

Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or significant commensurate experience
  • 5+ years of operational leadership experience, preferably as a Campus-based Director
  • Knowledge of key departments of which a post-secondary campus is comprised (Admissions, Administration, Business Office, Financial Aid, Career Services, Education, Student Services, and Facilities)
  • Appropriate knowledge of, or experience within, the key industries the campus supports through its education programs
  • Ability to promote strong collaboration among the campus work teams
  • Strong business acumen, sound judgment, and solid problem-solving skills
  • Standard technology skills (MS Office Suite, Email, etc.)
  • Excellent communication, management, and analytical skills
