Lincoln Moving & Storage Hiring for Office Moving & Internal Support Labor at Everett, WA Full Time

Looking for an energetic individual with a valid driver license to be part of a dynamic team. This job position is perfect for the person that enjoys variety, can multi-task, likes to work both independently and within a team setting.

You will be performing a number of various work tasks in support of assisting a facilities and operations group as they look to accomplish goals within multiple buildings in an exciting corporate campus environment.

You will be given written job orders with instructions on how to perform and carryout daily work tasks.

Cross-train to perform multiple job duties as work flow demands.

Job Duties:

• Light truck driving in and around a multi building corporate office park campus.
• Make small furniture deliveries/pick-ups including office task-chairs, whiteboards, computer monitors.
• Transfer surplus office furniture and office equipment between multiple buildings.
• Set-up & reset conference and auditorium rooms for different engagements, meetings, and events. (Predetermined configurations will be given)
• Assist facilities and engineering
• Assist IT department
• Help with disconnect/reconnect of employee workstations

Qualifications:

• Computer literate / Basic knowledge of word-excel and how to format.
• Critical thinker/ consistently working tasks 2-3 steps ahead to assure completion and accurate billing.
• Multi-tasking with regards to surrounding objects, conditions, or influences; environment.
• Current driver license
• Truck Driving experience helpful
• Willingness to use basic knowledge & practice of safe working/moving methods – (training provided)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. safely.
• Ability to communicate effectively in written and oral form
• Ability to follow clear instructions from site lead
• Ability to work in harmony with other team members performing individual work tasks; and team work tasks
• Be accountable for completing work tasks given
• Ability to present and conduct themselves in a professional manner in a corporate campus environment setting
• Ability to engage and perform light tool work i.e. hang artwork, clocks, whiteboards, desk/furniture adjustments.

We’ll train regarding all aspects of campus logistics, material handling, and asset management.
