- Manage the development and execution of innovative selection strategies to ensure fully developed talent pipelines for professional positions.
- Design, develop, implement and manage Lincoln Industries Workplace Brand for internal and external communications, professional recruiting, advertising, and other activities.
- Initial screening, interviewing, and placement of candidates for all professional positions.
- Completes talent interviews for all professional and managerial candidates (internal & external) and leadership development candidates.
- Manages the process for all internal postings and transfer requests for professional positions (includes the tracking of applications, applicant status, selection decisions, and communications of status).
- Continuous improvement of the professional and technical selection process to optimize the assessment of fit, talent, and skill. Includes the development, use and improvement of all necessary tools.
- Coordinates selection decisions with selection managers/teams through team-based interviewing.
- Ensures proper requisition of new professional positions.
- Establish short and long-term staffing plans to include professional hiring needs and sources.
- Creates, maintains, improves and communicates all applicable professional staffing openings and reporting including – professional time to fill, and applicant flow.
- Work closely with the Talent Specialist, Learning and Development Manager, People Resources and internal customers to identify internal candidates for new positions and leadership development.
- Manage and continuously improve Lincoln Industries’ candidate referral program.
- Manage selection process with selection managers/teams through team-based interviewing, validated assessment tools, and screening procedures.
- Provides training, talent coaching (professional), and feedback on Talent Based Interviews, Selection, Placement, Orientation and development.
- Works closely with Learning and Development function to ensure the on-boarding of new people is successful.

Education and/or Experience:
Expected: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in employment field, specifically professional recruiting.
Preferred: Human resources degree, PHR or SPHR certification, “Employer of Choice” techniques/experience, 7 years’ experience in professional recruiting with a variety of selection assessments.
