The Role

As a Customer Experience Specialist you will play a pivitol role in the achievement of company metrics and revenue production.

Key Sub Tasks

• Provide a superior customer service experience to new and existing customers.
• Take inbound/place outbound calls to book service calls and maintenances.
• Work closely with the dispatch team to ensure daily and weekly call count goals are met.
• Ability to make quick desicions based on factual information.
• Assist in fine-tuning our processes and improving the business by bringing new ideas to the table.
• Join the on-call rotation.
• Participate in training allowing you to grow and develop as a professional.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 – $17.00 per hour
