Lilliput Day Nursery Hiring for Childrens Day Nursery Manager. Job at Spalding, England Full Time

Qualified to at least level 3 (preferably higher) Experienced manager for busy Childrens Day Nursery.

Management experience in an early years setting is essential.

Proof of qualification will be required at interview.

Responsibilities:

Together with the (off site based) owner you will….

Ensure the effective daily management of the setting in accordance with Local Authorities and OFSTED requirements.

Have extensive knowledge of the application of the Early Years Framework and the ability to effectively support the learning and development in all children attending the setting.

Ensuring the safety, security and wellbeing of all children registered with the setting.

Be responsible for Safeguarding in the setting, display a commitment to the protection and safeguarding of all the children in our care.

Be responsible for safe recruiting, management, training and discipline of all the staff team.

Monitor and ensure that safety standards are maintained in the setting at all times.

Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the setting and meet occupancy and financial objectives.

Experience of using First Steps software is desirable.
