Liken is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to fill an open position in our Canonsburg office.

We are a Home Care and Healthcare Staffing agency, that needs recruiting support, for both home care cases and facility staffing shift requests.

Essential Activities:

• Develop a recruiting strategy, to recruit the Canonsburg and surrounding areas.
• Recruit, screen, credential, hire employees.

• Develop candidates by:
• The use of Social Media
• The use of online Recruiting sites
• By directly approaching potential candidates
• By attending recruiting functions
• By attending Job Fairs.
• Building relationships with schools and other sources of candidates
• Research and follow through with new recruiting sources.

• Develop relationships with candidate referral sources.
• Work with the Canonsburg branch to understand their candidate needs.

Job Requirements:

• Must have “direct” recruiting experience with an agency or with a recruiting firm, with a track record of success.
• Must have good people & communication skills.
• Must have strong/assertive approach behavior.
• Must be comfortable with heavy use of the phone.
• Must be outgoing and assertive and not be afraid to approach potential candidate directly.
• Must have reliable transportation to be able to get around the marketplace, to conduct interviews and take applications.
• Must have excellent speaking skills to make presentations to schools and various other recruiting sources.
• Must have high energy and be comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
