Lighthouse Autism Center is the leading Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy provider in Indiana, Michigan, and Illinois and expanding within those states and other states across the U.S. Since 2012, Lighthouse Autism Center has provided the highest quality, center-based ABA therapy to children with autism. At Lighthouse, children work on things like social skills, daily living skills, communication skills, and school-readiness skills. All children are overseen by Board Certified Behavior Analysts and programs are implemented by Registered Behavior Technicians. Lighthouse Autism Center also has full-time Speech-Language Pathologists on staff who provide co-treat and consultative services speech therapy services to children who attend the centers.
As our Talent Acquisition Manager, you will develop and execute strategies to source, attract, hire, and retain Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) at Lighthouse Autism Center facilities. You will be accountable for overseeing recruitment delivery and ensuring that the business is properly staffed with talent for the BCBA positions. Core to the success of this role will be your ability to drive efficiencies in the candidate sourcing process while continuing to enhance recruitment delivery, candidate quality, and candidate experience. The role will also be responsible for supporting corporate and support role hiring requirements.
In this role, you will need to understand the business and the critical role our BCBAs have in the delivery of high-quality service to our clients. You will speak in data, know how to manage your required candidate funnel, develop and deliver compelling business cases, and have an intimate knowledge of your recruiting resources.
Responsibilities:
· Managing a recruiting process to key performance metrics and regional assignments, while serving as a trusted resource to your internal customers and colleagues
· Partnering with senior leaders within the organization to set the recruiting strategic agenda and sourcing strategy
· Developing new selection approaches and hiring processes and converting them into targeted action
· Implementing appropriate metrics and tracking mechanisms to measure and improve results, impact, candidate quality and cost-effectiveness
· Providing guidance to hiring managers related to recruiting process, developing, and introducing efficient staffing solutions around system automation to simplify processes and procedures
· Utilizing recruitment process automation to handle high volume hiring more efficiently through assessments and screening tools
· Employ recruiting metrics and insights to evaluate recruiter effectiveness and enhance the overall performance of the function
· Ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience by proactively identifying factors that may adversely impact the candidate and partnering with business leaders to develop mitigation strategies
· Monitoring and forecast hiring trends, measure effectiveness of compensation programs and strategies
· Proactively share innovative solutions to add value, anticipate needs, and streamline the recruitment process
· Demonstrate expert level of understanding of the recruiting needs by leading and/or participating in staffing meetings, being aware of changes within the business, acting as a subject matter expert for sourcing resources (Indeed, etc.) as well as managing hiring manager/candidate expectations

Education & Experience:
· 5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in the healthcare services space
· Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field required
· Experience developing and meeting hiring goals relative to quantity, timing and quality of candidates and other key performance indicators
· Knowledge of ATS/CRM systems and best practices, Greenhouse ATS preferred
· Proficient in Microsoft Office, and strong knowledge of analyzing data in Excel
