Full Job Description

Lightfoot Air Conditioning & Refrigeration, Inc is currently looking for a hard-working, dependable, and energetic Remote Customer Services Representative to join our team.

Responsibilities:
  • Greet all customers and incoming calls with high energy and in an engaging manner.
  • Answer inquiries and direct customers and calls to the appropriate associates.
  • Have good organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Maintain a positive mindset toward each customer inquiry and request.
  • Communicate, communicate, communicate.
  • Possess a patient and understanding attitude, with a focus on finding a solution to customer issues.
  • Additional duties as assigned.
  • Ensuring all customer communication is clearly documented.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma.
  • Ability to multitask, learn quickly & solve problems.
  • Strong communications skills, both oral and written.
  • Ability to concentrate for lengthy periods and perform accurately with adequate speed.
  • Ability to organize thoughts and communications in a logical manner, ask clarifying questions, and restate issues to insure proper understanding.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize workload, effectively utilize available resources and follow through on obligations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledge of, or the ability to quickly learn, software applications.
  • Ability to operate a variety of other office equipment, including a calculator, copy machine, printer, fax machine, and telephone.
  • Strong computer skills with experience using standard applications, e-mail, and internet FROM HOME REMOTELY.
