Our background company was established in Dec 2005 in China. We have a 32k sqft factory, an experienced selling center on the e-commerce side. Because of the company expanding needs, we decided to open the US market.
Light Solo Inc is a start-up company in the US. Our brand concept is healthy and tasty. We pursue using simple ingredients to make a rich taste. The company is currently in the preparation process. The goal for this process is to have our brand well known on the internet, and start having continuous orders on the website. Future sales activities will surround e-commerce platforms and B2B sales.

About this role
The job is going to start with social media posts. The complete expectation for this position is to be in charge of all content output in the future, to better control the brand image.
The salary structure for this position is going to be a basic rate plus commission with no upper limit. The basis rate is depending on the ability. The commission is based on sales achievement. The performance evaluation is based on audience engagement.
Job Responsibilities
1. Manage the company website/store content release, as well as the updates and modifications based on every stage of the social media platform growth.
2. Create and manage the content posting timeline for the website and each social media platform throughout the year.
3. Plan and schedule the year-round posting subject for the present platforms.
4. Editing pictures, stories, videos, and other materials.
5. Create posts for holiday events, product promotion, and other related products reveal activities.
6. Record, track and manage relevant data for the posts, such as likes, shares, and comments.
7. Conduct meetings with the marketing team weekly and monthly, and weekly content responses timely. If necessary, they can also meet in time to modify the content plan for special emergencies.
8. Responding to comments on social media or other questions about products and brands in a timely manner, establishing and delivering the same concept and product features as the brand.
9. Timely sort out the questions raised by customers on social media, to superiors on time, and discuss solutions.
Qualifications
1) Excellent communication skills and writing skills.
2) Time management and work habits are good.
3) Related education or related working experience would be preferred.
4) Mandarin would be advantageous.
