Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Responsibilities:
– Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries, requests, and complaints
– Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to customers and addressing their needs
– Analyze customer issues and provide appropriate solutions or escalate to the appropriate department
– Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
– Follow company policies and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction
– Collaborate with team members to achieve department goals and targets
Requirements:
– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
– Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
– Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
– Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not required
– Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
– Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
