This position will report to the Supervisor and is a Full Time – Regular, Non-Exempt role located in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. The Lift Truck Operator (LTO) I operates powered stand-up or sit-down forklifts and rider single or double pallet jack equipment. Utilizing the lifts, the operator will obtain, transport, and deposit products/materials within the warehouse, including multi-level racking locations. The role involves building pallets physically and systematically to fulfill customer orders, with special attention to customer-specific handling requirements. The operator will also load and unload reefer and dry trailers. All physical movement of products/materials, including building of pallets, must be done utilizing the WMS or ERP systems to ensure inventory is maintained and transactions are recorded. Products are perishable, so proper date rotation and awareness of product condition and inventory status are crucial.
