GENERAL SUMMARY:

The talent acquisition specialist has the role and task of recruiting talented new employees. The primary responsibility of a talent acquisition specialist is screening, sourcing, interviewing, and determining the ideal candidate for a position.

JOB DUTIES:

• Responsible to positively interact and liaise with human resources, operations, and other departments that are responsible for new candidate hires
• Partner with hiring managers and be able to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to mange customer/partner expectations through a deep understanding of return on investment
• Maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, searches, hiring managers’, interactions, and other recruiting activities
• Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company, implementing any new processes, fine tuning standard processes, and staying informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques
• Responsible for on boarding all new hires through the HR processes including compliance, HRIS, I-9, e-verification, and compliance documents

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:

• High School Degree or GED
• Four (4) years of proven healthcare recruiting experience preferred
• Six (6) years of proven recruiting experience
