Lifescan Labs of Illinois, LLC has an outstanding opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Manager to serve in a key role on our human resources leadership team. This position will allow you to lead all recruitment initiatives for the organization. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to successfully source and attract top talent. We are looking for an innovative, results-oriented individual with a strong track record of success within system and process improvement.

Schedule: Monday – Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm

Requirements – Talent Acquisition / Recruitment Manager

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager or Human Resources (HR) Manager leading full-cycle recruitment within a high volume, fast-paced work environment.
• Experience developing and managing employer branding.
• Experience with HRIS and ATS systems.
• Sound knowledge of all labor regulations preferred.
• Ability to develop and maintain long-term strategic relationships with candidates as well as with internal teams and external partners.
• Strong verbal as well as non-verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional team-management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities – Talent Acquisition / Recruitment Manager

• Develop a hiring intake process with hiring managers across the organization
• Prepare recruitment metrics reports on new hires (e.g. time-to-fill, time-to-hire, and source of hire)
• Craft and update job descriptions
• Conduct compensation and benefits analyses for various roles
• Develop candidate experience surveys and analyze
• Be hands-on and help with recruitment initiatives as necessary
