The position plays a critical role within the organization and enterprise resource planning (“ERP”) implementation related transformation. ing to the VP Enterprise Business Services – Human Capital Management, this role is responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams and leveraging the ERP system to drive talent acquisition efforts. The position will contribute to attracting, assessing, and hiring top talent while ensuring the seamless integration of the ERP system into recruitment and HR processes.
