The position plays a critical role within the organization and enterprise resource planning (“ERP”) implementation related transformation. ing to the VP Enterprise Business Services – Human Capital Management, this role is responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams and leveraging the ERP system to drive talent acquisition efforts. The position will contribute to attracting, assessing, and hiring top talent while ensuring the seamless integration of the ERP system into recruitment and HR processes.

Essential Functions:

• Collaborate with hiring managers and HR team members to understand recruitment needs, job requirements, and desired candidate profiles.
• Utilize the ERP system to post job openings, track candidate applications, and manage recruitment workflows effectively.
• Source and screen candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals, utilizing the ERP system to document candidate information and track their progress.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process.
• Manage candidate communication, providing timely updates and feedback throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Leverage the ERP system’s ing and analytics capabilities to generate recruitment metrics and insights, providing valuable data for decision-making and process optimization.
• Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies, including employer branding, talent pipelining, and diversity initiatives.
• Collaborate with external recruitment agencies or vendors, as needed, to augment the talent acquisition efforts.
• Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
• Participate in recruitment-related projects and initiatives, including process improvements, system enhancements, and data analytics, collaborating with the ERP implementation team to provide user feedback and contribute to system optimization efforts.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.

EXPERIENCE:

• Experience working with ERP systems, preferably in the context of recruitment.
• Proven track record of successfully filling positions across various levels and functions within an organization.
• Familiarity with employment laws and regulations, ensuring compliance with hiring practices and maintaining data confidentiality.
• Effective analytical skills to interpret recruitment data and identify trends and insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external recruitment partners.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing recruitment documentation and records.
