We are a dynamic, growing, Toowoomba based company who is looking for a Bookkeeper/Finance Officer to join our team. This role requires a dedicated and detailed person with the ability to work autonomously, find solutions, and proactively manage responsibilities.
About the role:
An opportunity has arisen for Bookkeeper/Finance Officer to join our growing company on a part-time basis at our Toowoomba office.
This position will suit people who have:
· Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
· The ability to work in an ever-changing environment, whilst ensuring accuracy and good time management.
· The ability to meet deadlines and can work unsupervised.
· High attention to detail, integrity, and transparency.
· At least 2 years’ experience in a bookkeeping/finance role.
· Are proficient with MS Office (including Word and Excel).
Duties and Responsibilities include:
· Accounts payable and creditor management.
· Accounts receivable and debt collection.
· Quotes and invoicing.
· Account and bank reconciliations.
· Preparation, payment, processing, and reconciliation of fortnightly pay runs, including superannuation and withholding.
· BAS and Payroll Tax preparations.
· Financial reporting.
