We are currently accepting applications for the following position in our soon to be opening New Hampshire Seacoast Business Office:

Staff Accountant

Join a growing organization and Business Office Team as a Staff Accountant! This position will perform a variety of accounting functions while working out of our soon to be opening New Hampshire Seacoast office. Responsibilities of the Staff Accountant

• Perform day-to-day journal entries

• Reconcile accounts and perform monthly close

• Assist in the creation of operating reports and audit schedules

• Review accounts receivable and accounts payable entries

• Assist with accounts receivable and accounts payable, when necessary

• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications of the Staff Accountant

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting

• 2+ years of related accounting experience

• Strong Excel skills

• Working knowledge of GAAP

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

• Attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to meet deadlines

• Knowledge of Sage Intacct account software (preferred)

• Team player who doesn’t mind assisting others, when needed
