About the role
Based anywhere in NSW, working from home and a covid safe office environment of your choosing you will partner with Hiring Managers to attract and recruit for front line roles including Residential Support Workers that support young people in out of home care or Home Care Support Workers providing in home care to elderly Australians. We have 3 opportunities available including a permanent full time position recruiting for Aged Care and Disability Services and 2 x 12 month maximum term contracts recruiting for Child, Youth & Family Services.
These are high volume, fast paced positions where efficiency and agility is key.
Our internal recruitment function punches well above its weight and you can forget any preconceived ideas that working for a Not For Profit might be an easy gig. In the last 12 months our team recruited over 3,000 roles where a third of these offers accepted were by our current employees with opportunities to progress their career internally. We are a national, centralised Talent & Attraction team of 17 and growing, half of which have been in the team for over 4 years. We’ve implemented and integrated PageUp, Sonru, Xref and HROnboard, creating a great HR Tech stack to make sure you’re focused on the candidate and hiring manager experience.
