IMPORTANT DETAILS

• This role is based in Boston where you’ll be on-site with the team on Wednesdays and Thursdays

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Campaign Management :

• Develop, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including paid social, paid search, paid video, display, email, print, SEO, and affiliate marketing.
• Plan, execute, and own paid social and paid search media campaigns, manage budgets, analyze performance metrics, and optimize return on ad spend.
• Take ownership of email marketing, including transactional email updates and dynamic content to enhance customer engagement.
• Develop and implement SMS marketing strategies to engage our audience effectively.
• Manage and enhance our affiliate marketing program, including vendor relationships and program management.
• Incorporate SEO best practices into digital marketing strategies to improve organic visibility and traffic where applicable.
• Assist in the planning and execution of direct mail marketing campaigns, including strategy development, audience segmentation, and creative testing.

ing & Analytics :

• Track and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns, using data from platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, Google Analytics 4, and Klaviyo to assess their efficacy and identify optimization opportunities.
• Partner with the Merchandising team for on-site measurement, providing insight into user behavior based on marketing campaigns to better inform the team on-site experience.

Growth Strategy :

• Contribute to the development of digital marketing plans aligned with our overall marketing calendar and strategic objectives.
• Collaborate on customer acquisition strategies, testing new channels to optimize ROAS and conversion rates, ensuring effective and efficient acquisition efforts.
• Develop and refine retention strategies, leveraging insights from A / B testing to enhance customer loyalty and maximize engagement for improved retention rates.
• Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and strategies to ensure our marketing efforts remain cutting-edge.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of relevant experience in performance marketing and / or eCommerce marketing
• Passion for staying updated on the latest performance marketing trends, technologies, and strategies.
• Experience with paid social, paid search, video, display, email, and / or affiliate marketing.
• Proven ability to communicate meaningful results to various teams and levels.
• Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and research skills using customer databases, Google Analytics, and various digital marketing platforms (Klaviyo, Meta, Google Ads, et. al.).
• Experience in planning, executing, and measuring multichannel marketing campaigns.
• Proficiency in Excel and / or Tableau for calculations, planning, and data analysis. Ability to use presentation applications to present findings.
• Successful track record of cultivating highly collaborative internal and external relationships.
• Ability to work independently, make sound decisions, prioritize effectively, and solve problems capably.
