Job Purpose:
Working in a hybrid approach and based out of our London or Stevenage offices 3 days a week, this role is
for a period of 12 months, and will be accountable for leading and delivering end-to-end recruitment
services to the business. In addi.on to leading recruitment ac.vity, the role will support LifeArc by
developing our talent acquisi.on capabili.es through developing our ATS plaNorm, internal policies,
recruitment capabili.es, external partnerships and our employer brand.
This role will work highly collabora.vely with the wider HR team to help plan and deliver successful
recruitment, work on projects and ensuring a great candidate experience and that reflects the LifeArc
brand and our purpose of Making Life Science Life Changing.
Key accountabili:es
Principal • Own and lead on hiring ac.vi.es across all LifeArc func.ons
Responsibili:es: • Ensure our ATS plaNorm is developed and op.mised to be the portal through
which all recruitment takes place.
- In partnership with HR Opera.ons, Partners and CoE’s, leverage data from our IS
plaNorms to create insights and understanding of how the HR func.on can
support the wider organisa.on proac.vely. Cri.cally, this role would work highly
collabora.vely with the wider HR team to help the whole func.on use insights to
inform ac.ons, especially recruitment ac.ons
- Deliver end-to-end recruitment support, including aWending interviews and
suppor.ng candidate selec.on
- Ensure that LifeArc principles and values are at the heart of our approach,
including bringing our ED&I to the forefront of recruitment prac.ces
- Advise on selec.on methodology best prac.ce to ensure LifeArc makes excellent
candidate decisions, leading to successful hires
- Develop and manage our external partnerships that bring talent in to LifeArc.
Create new strategic partnerships to ensure we have a strong pipeline of talent
- Lead on targeted direct hire approaches
- Ensure we are able to reach poten.al candidates in an efficient and effec.ve way
that reflects LifeArc, our scien.fic and corporate func.ons
- Ensure acquisi.on approaches deliver an engaging and posi.ve experience for
employees and poten.al employees, reflec.ng the LifeArc values, behaviours and
purpose of Making Life Science Life Changing.
- Produc.on of reports and analy.cs to the HR func.on to drive change, good
decision making and ac.ons.
- Independently and collabora.vely solve non-rou.ne and complex problems and
develop solu.ons for own work area
- Par.cipate in projects ac.vity within area of exper.se or par.cipate in HR or
company projects as required
- Manage compe.ng priori.es with limited oversight of line manager.
- Collabora.vely work and interact with colleagues in all areas of LifeArc
- Pro-ac.vely drive improvements in processes, including recommending changes to
procedures and processes that will drive improvements in acquisi.on

Experience and • Experienced in-house recruiter
skills: • Demonstrates an extensive knowledge of sourcing and marketing
for a mix of roles/disciplines
- Experienced in stakeholder management skills, able to partner with Exec-
level stakeholders
- Experienced in managing external search partners and developing the group of
partners to ensure excellent market coverage
- Experienced in projects, including development of ATS plaNorms, recruitment
policies and procedures
- Strongly developed ability to use and leverage data, crea.ng insights and
ac.ons
- Planned and organised, managing mul.ple roles at once
- Managed communica.on with candidate, internal stakeholders, external
partners
- A strong brand-advocate, living and demonstra.ng our values and behaviours
- Knowledge of best-prac.ce, in opera.on and execu.on
- Demonstrate and maintain knowledge and exper.se in their own field.
- Ability to priori.se a breadth of work, while mee.ng cri.cal deadlines.

- Experience of maintaining relevant policies and procedures
