• Providing timely and effective HR services and support to internal customers
• Coach and mentor leaders to improve the capabilities required to build a strong value driven culture
• Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation
• Support the National Human Resources Manager in the development and delivery of Liebherr’s national HR strategy and initiatives such as; Talent Acquisition and Retention, Succession Planning and Leadership Development
• Management and resolution of workplace and disciplinary issues
• Establish and maintain effective relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
• End-to-end Recruitment

• A tertiary qualification in HR or IR highly desirable
• Demonstrated experience in a previous HR role
• Exceptional communication skills with demonstrated ability to build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Demonstrated experience with end-to-end recruitment
• Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
