Part-Time Customer Service Remediation Representative

Job Summary: We are seeking a Part-Time Customer Service Remediation Representative with a background in recruiting to join our team. As a Remediation Representative, you will be responsible for addressing and resolving negative evaluations from candidates in our cluster. Your primary focus will be on quality control and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process. This is a part-time position with flexible hours.

Responsibilities:

• Follow up on assigned final and interim Negative Evaluations in the cluster
• Assess evaluation details and analyze referral activities
• Expertly deescalate issues communicated by candidates
• Document all outreach and interactions in the ORBIT system
• Collaborate with Delivery Consultants and Lead Consultants to manage interventions appropriately
• Reopen referrals and assign them to quality consultants
• Address and resolve all outstanding negative feedback with candidates within the ORBIT system
• Manage a light caseload of candidates to stay updated on the LHH career transition experience and enhance quality control

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience in a Human Resources role (Recruiting, Career Transitions Consultant, etc.)
• Strong proficiency in French Canadian (highly desired)
• Proficiency with Excel and MicroStrategy or other ing systems/databases for data analysis and issue communication
• Excellent communication and candidate relationship skills, with the ability to resolve service quality issues for candidates of all levels, including executives
• Experienced in customer service with a professional image and attitude
• Customer service-oriented with a knack for helping and supporting people, even in challenging situations
• Detail-oriented with a strong understanding of the importance of documentation
• Resourceful and independent thinker with troubleshooting skills
• Curious mindset and driven to understand data results
• Ability to handle deadlines, commitments, and work under pressure
