Our Head Office Learning and Development Department are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, organised, and proactive professional who will play a key role in the Learning & Development team. This is an exciting opportunity to impact the business GB wide and help improve the quality of learning and development in the business. Working with stakeholders from across the business, the ideal candidate will have exceptional communication and facilitation skills. Be experienced in managing projects, learning needs analysis and recognise the importance of continuous professional development. What you’ll do

• Independent project management
• Acting as a consultant/business partner in order to design and manage training processes with a strong end-user focus
• Consulting, developing, and designing training concepts, programmes and topics
• Liaising with stakeholders in Regions, Head Office and with International colleagues.
• Delivering and facilitating L&D courses including Soft skills and technical training
• Being the point of contact for Head Office L&D matters including onboarding & Welcome events
• Develop evaluation of L&D interventions
• Work with Success factors Learn to maximise efficiencies

What you’ll need

• A genuine passion for Learning and Development
• Proactive, out-of-the-box thinking to challenge processes
• Adaptable communication skills with the ability to influence and motivate people across different hierarchical levels
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple topics at once
• Confident presentation and facilitation skills
• Knowledge and experience in L&D
• German speaking is desirable but not essential
