Liberty Spring has a unique opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Specialist.
Responsibilities:
· Assist Account Manager during customer meetings on high level technical topics related to contract, price agreement, raw material delay etc. ;
· Assist Account Manager in market analysis development of actual and potential customers;
· Participate in new products strategic development and provide market solutions ;
· Prepare technical analysis related to price, orders, forecast, inventory (obsolescence) etc.;
· Keep the steel surcharge mechanism updated as agreed with the customer ;
· Prepare quotes for the customer, follow-up and calculate the price following established internal mechanism;
· Provide price to logistic department about small accounts orders ;
· Update and follow different price list ;
· Help different stakeholders with corporate logistic when urgent/special orders and/or shipping occurs ;
· Work with various planning and customer contact matters regarding date, quantity or price changes etc. ;
· Make a follow up of APQP (Advance Product Quality Planning) task in SoftSRL ;
· Make a follow up of invoice’s miscellaneous charge ;
· Manage credits and return material with the customer ;
· Analyze and enter forecast and S&OP (Sales and Operation Planning) in MRP (Material Requirement Planning) system ;
· Make a daily follow up of various KPI with the customer ;
· Prepare automated and programmed Excel file (V Search, Pivot Table, matrix, VBA) etc.
Required Knowledge & Skills:
· College Diploma in Trade Management or Management Accounting or combination of equivalent experiences ;
· Minimum of experience of 1 year in a similar domain ;
· Excel advanced knowledge ;
· Bilingualism (English and French).
