About the Team:
The Recruitment team consists of a Recruitment Manager, 4 Recruiters and 2 Recruitment Advisors. The team are responsible for the Recruitment and On-boarding across London and across our international locations.
About the Role:
Coordinate interviews for the Recruiters, liaising with hiring managers to effectively manage diaries and availability
Prepare candidates for interviews, advising on the format and any necessary preparation
Raising Purchase Order numbers and managing invoicing queries
Assist with updating job descriptions, preparing job advertisement templates and advertising roles across internal and external job boards
Managing the administration of our ATS and recruitment trackers and ensuring everything is up to date.
Direct candidate resourcing and headhunting, liaising with the Recruiters to clarify role requirements and candidate specifications
Conduct telephone screening as a first point of contact for direct candidates
What the ideal candidate will have:
Knowledge of temporary and permanent recruitment administration procedures
Effective communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate requests and instructions to individuals and groups
Strong MS Word, MS Excel and related Microsoft products
Possess flexibility and resourcefulness to manage changing work requirements and varying volumes of work proactively
Ability to work co-operatively and effectively within the team and the organisation
Ability to manage several tasks simultaneously, solve problems, manage and meet deadlines and maintain a high quality of work
Attention to detail
High level of discretion and judgement
Handling sensitive information in a confidential manner
