Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance
• 1-3 years Accounting experience preferred
• Strong technical accounting background.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Team player and ability to work independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to interact effectively with all levels throughout the company organization.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work efficiently

Primary Responsibilities:

• Performs month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing, including accruals and responsibilities.
• Performs Balance sheet accounts reconciliations, tracking and implementation of related software.
• Responsible for daily cash application, reporting and bank reconciliations.
• Analysis of G&A, expense trending, and forecasting.
• Assists GL Manager with account reviews and various month-end journal entries.
• Analyzes self-funded insurance and performs month-end accruals.
• Reviews and books company credit card month-end entry and accrual.
• Performs various month0end accruals and ad hoc analysis as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
