The Talent Advisor is responsible for being a strategic thought partner within aligned Corporate Department/SBU and working collaboratively with aligned executives to drive talent and organizational strategies that help achieve business goals and objectives. Provides strategic, integrated thinking and consultative support to the business that will attract, develop, and drive talent outcomes.
Collaborates with executive/senior managers (including L2s: Corporate Departments; L3 SBUs, L4 in some cases and Senior Talent Advisor) to create talent related plans that align with business strategies, effectively sponsor and promote change initiatives, support leadership development and drive organizational and operational effectiveness.
In addition to knowledge of organizational effectiveness, leadership and human resource practices, this position requires strong communication, strategic and analytical thinking, and ability to manage multiple stakeholder relationships and thrive in a strategic, innovative and moderate/complex environment.
