Job Summary:
Fully accountable for enterprise talent development activities and outcomes for a major program, body of work or initiative, usually with global scale. Develops strategies related to talent development to support business goals and initiatives. Collaborates with and influences senior level business unit talent leaders to implement significant talent practice or training & development process or program improvements. Oversees the design, development and delivery of professional/management/leadership development training programs that cross organizational levels and roles. Oversees staff responsible for all program development, delivery, communications, logistics and reporting.

Qualifications:
Excellent working knowledge of HR, talent management, and learning and development. Requires basic knowledge of instructional design, with a solid understanding of adult learning. Has strong knowledge of department duties, responsibilities and procedures for functional areas being supported. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong project management, leadership, and team building skills. Competencies typically acquired through a bachelor`s degree (preferably within Organizational Development, Training, Business, or a related field) or equivalent experience. Advanced education in business, HR or training & development strongly preferred. In addition, 10+ years of talent management or training and development experience. Qualified candidate will have 3+ years direct management or strong demonstrated ability to lead and develop complex and diverse project teams. Proven ability to lead, develop, and engage staff absolutely required. Prior experience in the development of function or organization wide training strategies. Prior experience directing, implementing, and maintaining learning programs and talent solutions for a geographically dispersed workforce strongly preferred. Proven ability to take strategy to action. Prior experience with digital tools and learning management systems. Proven track record of demonstrating strong teamwork required.
