GLLT (Global Leadership, Learning and Talent) is seeking an Operational Services, Associate Program Manager responsible for managing several of the key business processes that support our ability to do business and support our customers. This role will help build deep familiarity with GLLT’s products and services, build financial acumen, own several key processes and help deliver a great experience to our partners.

Applies specialized expertise to provide project management support, technical expertise, consultation, and program management to partners across the company globally. This role is responsible for the program management of GLLT’s key shared activities including procurement, communications, finance and special projects. This role reports directly to the Sr. Director, Learning & Talent Services.

Responsibilities:

• Serves as the point-of-contact for corporate partners including procurement, communications, finance, and other critical partners to the flow of work.
• Responsible for guiding third-party (vendor) and procurement activities through compliance, legal and procurement processes. Ensures compliance as well as intake, contract reviews and audit schedule.
• Responsible for the finance/budget cycle including chargebacks, invoice management, billing, budget reporting, budget planning and corrections.
• Conducts analysis on a third-party activity, staying aware of internal and external trends.
• Produces ongoing monthly operational reporting and provides expertise on process improvement.
• Interfaces with stakeholders, customers and/or program participants on a frequent basis.
• May supervise interns, rotational employees, or rotational program participants.
• Supports special projects for GLLT including reports, presentations and external partnership reviews.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of human resources policies, programs, and practices
• Advanced knowledge of learning or talent practices (e.g rotational programs, talent/succession planning, leadership development, performance evaluation and training) is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, to include advanced presentation/facilitation skills
• Demonstrates strong project management skills
• Strong knowledge of digital tools and learning management systems
• Competencies typically acquired through a bachelor`s degree (preferably within Organizational Development, Training, Business, or a related field) or equivalent experience
• Advanced degree strongly preferred; in addition, 6+ years of relevant and progressively more responsible experience to include learning & talent development work
