The Response Readiness & Awareness Team within Global Cybersecurity is looking to fill an Associate Product Owner role related to cybersecurity training. This associate will use agile methods to deliver key training in direct alignment with reducing human risk. You’ll be joining a team passionate about turning all employees into Responsible Defenders.
The associate product owner will assist in driving the agile team by managing interdependencies with non-agile teams in support of overall security/human risk training. Primarily responsible for managing programs related to security role-based training and professional development including Secure Development programs and privileged access, along with cybersecurity foundational training. Performs tasks such as reviewing and writing user stories for supported programs/training. Participates in defining and prioritizing the product backlog related to business objectives and assists in streamlining the execution of program vision and priorities.
The APO will work closely with other stakeholders/partners supporting these programs including:Tech Learning, Global Leadership, Learning and Talent (GLLT), Global Compliance & Ethics, Talent Analytics, and teams within Global Cybersecurity.
The APO will also help build/manage professional development opportunities within Global Cybersecurity including mentorship programs, lunch and learns, internal and instructor-led training, certifications, and rotation programs. Prior experience in instructional design, agile methodology, and cybersecurity, preferred.
