We are seeking a skilled Night Time Transportation Dispatcher to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for dispatching vehicles, tracking and monitoring them throughout the night, and ensuring efficient and effective delivery of goods and services. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, an analytical mind, and the ability to work under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and process transportation requests from clients during the night shift
• Assign vehicles and drivers to pickup and deliver orders based on delivery schedules and driver availability
• Monitor and track vehicle movements throughout the night shift, providing real-time updates to drivers, clients and management as necessary
• Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during transportation, such as vehicle breakdowns, traffic delays, and route changes
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client inquiries, resolving issues and providing regular updates on delivery status
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transportation activities, including delivery times, routes, vehicle maintenance and repair schedules, and driver performance
• Ensure that all transportation operations comply with company policies, local laws and regulations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.92 – $21.58 per hour
