The Role
Are you looking for a rounded Talent role which isn’t just recruitment? You will be the driving force behind the recruitment; however you will have the opportunity to get involved in brand, Employer Value Proposition, Equity, Diversity & Inclusion and engagement initiatives.
You will be responsible for vacancy management, delivery of a seamless end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring that the candidate experience is positive. A commercial mindset that loves to source and hunt talent. Working within the HR Team and involved in HR administration and projects whilst managing the 360-recruitment process.
You will be responsible for the beginning of the employee’s employment lifecycle, ensuring that the recruitment and onboarding process is seamless, engaging and welcoming.
The Individual
We don’t need years of recruitment experience, and will consider individuals from a recruitment agency background looking for their first in-house role.
However, you will be expected to have experience within 360 recruitment, ideally within the areas of professional services, consultancy, corporate or technology. You must be able to adapt to the variety of vacancies and give all stakeholders an outstanding experience.
You will be able to source quality candidates quickly, whilst ensuring that costs are kept to a minimum.
If you have experience looking after an employer brand, EVP, E,D&I or other HR retention and engagement projects previously, this will be an added benefit to us, however this is not essential.
If you have worked as a Talent Partner, Recruitment Consultant, Recruiter, Technical Recruiter, Resourcing Advisor, Recruitment Officer then we would like to hear from you.
The Team
The team is incredibly close and speaks regularly throughout the working week, meeting for a face-to-face meeting approximately every other month. You will be working from home, connecting remotely through Microsoft Teams. The team ‘netwalks’ on a Monday, getting ready for the week together whilst walking, as well as having other touchpoints throughout the week.
They each specialise in their own areas of generalist HR, Learning & Development and Recruitment and are treated as experts in their field.
Most of the team are based around Worcestershire, however we will consider candidates anywhere in the UK, with the expectation you are able to attend regular meetings (under normal post-covid-19 circumstances).
