LHH Recruitment Solutions is searching for a Human Resources Talent Acquisitions Manager for a local organization in the Austin, TX area. The Human Resource Talent Acquisitions Manager directs, supervises, and supports recruiters and works closely with leadership.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • Recruits, interviews, hires and trains new staff in the department.
  • Supervises the daily workflow of the department.
  • Provides helpful and timely performance evaluations.
  • Manages discipline and termination of employees by company policy.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Utilizing recruiting methods to attract and retain personnel.
  • Creates new strategies and programs to attract candidates.
  • Oversees the recruiting team.
  • Works closely with leadership in other departments to guide recruiting practices.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Meets deadlines promptly with proven ability.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field required.
  • At least five years of human resource management experience required.
