LHH Recruitment Solutions is searching for a Human Resources Talent Acquisitions Manager for a local organization in the Austin, TX area. The Human Resource Talent Acquisitions Manager directs, supervises, and supports recruiters and works closely with leadership.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Recruits, interviews, hires and trains new staff in the department.
- Supervises the daily workflow of the department.
- Provides helpful and timely performance evaluations.
- Manages discipline and termination of employees by company policy.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Utilizing recruiting methods to attract and retain personnel.
- Creates new strategies and programs to attract candidates.
- Oversees the recruiting team.
- Works closely with leadership in other departments to guide recruiting practices.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Meets deadlines promptly with proven ability.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field required.
- At least five years of human resource management experience required.
