LHH is partnering with an expanding company in Clarkston, MI to fill a Talent Acquisition Specialist role. This organization is searching for an additional TA Specialist to join their growing recruiting team and provide full life cycle hiring support nationally.

Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and interview candidates via video meetings and in-person

• Build pipeline of candidates using social media, job postings, networking fairs, and referrals

• Provide recruiting support to fill open roles by communicating with hiring managers

• First point of contact and liaison between candidates and hiring managers

• Develop sourcing plans and strategies by utilizing market and industry trends

Qualifications:

• 5+ years recruiting experience

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• High level of multitasking abilities and organizational skills

• Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
