Committed to internal growth opportunities, this client is embarking on a transition within their HR team to implement an Engage HR model, creating HRBP roles and aligning with a typical HR team structure.
We’re seeking a proactive and motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team at their onsite location in Portland, OR, where you’ll play a vital role in supporting our mission and contributing to their organizational growth.
Job Title : Talent Acquisition Specialist
Location : Portland, OR (100% onsite)
Parking : Employee parking with assigned spots
Dress Code : Business casual
Timeline : Immediate interviews
Hours : Building opens at 6 : 30 am, flexible hours during business hours, Monday to Friday
Compensation : $65K-$75K, DOE
Job Description :
Talent Acquisition Specialist in Portland, OR, where you’ll play a pivotal role in our transition to an Engage HR model. This company is seeking a motivated individual to lead their recruitment efforts, partnering with hiring managers to fulfill corporate and retail roles.
In this dynamic position, you’ll have the opportunity to build recruitment processes, support hiring events, and contribute to our mission-driven organization’s growth.
This role is highly adaptable and will evolve based on your skillset and organizational needs. Experience with Dayforce HCM is preferred.
